You can't just keep burning everything under the sun in factories and still have clean air? Wow...Who knew? You can't just let wild fires get out of control and have fresh air? Again....Who knew. Realize the facts in all this. These places have big armies. The government officials live in palaces. But they don't have any way to put out large fires. Good thinking.
