There's more and more teens just out at 3am roaming the streets of Watertown. I saw several roaming from block to block. Plus a whole pack of them driving a bunch of cars around. Hey it's cool if you have a place in mind to get to. But just hanging block to block this early in the morn is most like a problem.
Our police tend to notice and act.
It's nice to get a good nights sleep. Just don't forget where your kids are.
This dude could be up too, roaming the streets....
